Editorial standards are the published rules a publication follows: sourcing, fact-checking, corrections, disclosure of conflicts, use of AI in content creation. Having them publicly stated is a trust signal in itself.

A dedicated /editorial-standards/ page is one of the few pages Google evaluators specifically look for on content sites. It signals that the site treats publishing as a discipline, not just an SEO tactic.
