AI Content Detection

AI content detection is the use of tools that attempt to distinguish text written by a human from text generated by an AI. Accuracy of these tools remains inconsistent, and their rulings should not be treated as definitive.

Google has publicly stated it does not penalize AI-generated content that is helpful and original. The risk isn’t detection; the risk is publishing generic, ungrounded content that no reader (human or AI) finds valuable.
