AI Guardrails

AI guardrails are the rules, filters, and review layers around an AI system that keep its outputs within acceptable bounds: on-brand, on-topic, factually grounded, and free of unsafe content.

Serious use of AI in production requires layered guardrails: a system prompt at the model level, an output validator at the API level, and a human approval step before anything customer-facing ships.
