The Experience signal is one of the four pillars of Google’s E-E-A-T framework. It rewards content produced by someone who has direct, first-hand experience with the subject: hands-on use of a product, personal presence at an event, real client work in a field.
Experience signals are demonstrated with first-person voice, original photos, specific dates and locations, and details only someone who was actually there would include. Generic content generated without lived experience underperforms in E-E-A-T evaluation.
