Abandoned Cart Flow

An abandoned cart flow is a trigger-based sequence sent to shoppers who add items to a cart but don’t complete the purchase. Typically 2–4 emails over 1–2 weeks, escalating from reminder to incentive.

For e-commerce, abandoned cart flows recover 5–15% of otherwise-lost revenue. For B2B, an analogous “abandoned form” flow catches prospects who started to book a call and didn’t finish.
