Buyer Persona

A buyer persona is a semi-fictional representation of a specific type of buyer, informed by real data about behaviors, motivations, and objections. Used to guide messaging, product decisions, and creative development.

Good personas are grounded in interviews with real customers. Bad personas are made up in a conference room and end up being useless. If a persona doesn’t change how content or ads are written, it’s not doing its job.
