Data Privacy Compliance

Data privacy compliance is the practice of collecting, storing, and using customer data in ways that satisfy applicable regulations (GDPR in Europe, CCPA in California, similar laws elsewhere). Requires consent management, data-subject rights fulfillment, and documented policies.

Compliance isn’t optional and isn’t just a legal problem. Getting it wrong costs money in fines and reputational damage. Getting it right is a trust signal customers increasingly care about.
