Content repurposing is the practice of taking one piece of source content (a podcast episode, a keynote, a long-form article) and transforming it into multiple derivative pieces for different channels: LinkedIn posts, carousels, video clips, newsletter blurbs.
The economics are compelling: one hour of executive time in front of a mic can produce 20+ pieces of content over the following two weeks when repurposing is systematic. Manual repurposing is expensive; voice-model-assisted repurposing is not.
