Signal-Based Selling

Signal-based selling is the practice of reaching out to prospects when a specific real-world event (a signal) suggests they’re in a buying window: a new hire, a funding round, a competitor switch, a job posting, a product launch.

Signal-based outreach converts 3–5x better than untriggered outbound because timing is everything in B2B sales. The prospect is actively thinking about the problem in the moment your message lands.
